We had the chance to enjoy a luxurious stay at this hotel, where every detail was perfectly arranged. the spa and wellness center truly exceeded our expectations, with exclusive amenities such as body scrubs, massages, and facials. the restaurant offers a wide range of delicious menus, from buffet breakfasts to special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area is beautifully designed. the private facilities were outstanding, with a treatment room and catering service available.

this was a minor issue compared to the outstanding service provided by the friendly and helpful staff.

I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a more spacious room than what I had booked. The room was very nice and had a pleasant aroma. The music playing in my room as I entered was a nice touch. The hotel atrium had a nice ambiance and the doorman service added to the overall feel of the hotel.

My recent stay at Intercontinental was wonderful. The room was modern, relaxing, and had a unique design, made me feel right at home. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, and the service was excellent. The pool area, spa, sauna, and gym were all well-maintained and enjoyable to use. What really stood out to me was the staff. They were always warm, cute, and were very good too provide excellent service throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Hasan Fazeel, who was helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the destination. I can't thank the staff enough for making my stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne.

We stayed at a hotel in Melbourne for a short holiday and were very impressed with the location. It was close to the football stadium, which we attended, and also in the center of the city. We loved being able to easily walk to nearby shops and use the convenient public transportation. The room we had was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed the intriguing building.

One negative aspect was the noise from the atrium. There was a function going on that lasted until late, and the loud music and people talking traveled up to our room.
